We've been installing floors and cabinets across Winter Haven since 1962, so the gate, the villas, and the lake houses are all home territory. Chances are we've worked on your street.

The community we serve
Winterset is a gated lakefront community on Lake Winterset, with a private boat ramp that puts you on the Chain of Lakes, plus a community pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Single- family homes, villas, and condos, built from the mid-1980s through the last few years. Different footprints, different needs.
Four decades of building means Winterset's homes are at every stage of ready-for-a-refresh. The originals from the 80s and 90s are on their second or third floor by now, and plenty of kitchens are still waiting for their first real update. Lake life sets the spec: wet feet, boat-day sand, and dogs that swim call for floors that shrug off water, which is why waterproof plank does so much work here. And in the villas and condos, we plan installs around HOA access rules and shared walls, because we've done it next door. Most of our Winterset work comes from neighbor recommendations, and we try hard to earn the next one.
