How it works

Remove the existing floor
Our crew pulls up the old flooring, exposing the subfloor underneath.

Inspect and prep the subfloor
We check the subfloor for damage, level it where needed, and clean it down.

Apply F.I.D.O. spray
Our F.I.D.O. treatment is applied directly to the subfloor. It neutralizes bacteria, breaks down organic odor sources, and sanitizes the surface.

Moisture-test when required
For certain installs (engineered hardwood over slab, especially) we test moisture levels before laying the new floor.

Install the new floor
With the subfloor clean and treated, we install your new floor over a sound, sanitized surface.
