In Traditions, the association paints, mows, and keeps the streetscape sharp. The inside of the house is yours, and the floors are usually where it shows its age first. We're in the same city: Blackburn's has served Winter Haven since 1962, and our Havendale Boulevard showroom is a drive across town from your gate.

The community we serve
Traditions sits gated on the shore of Lake Ruby: block-and-stucco homes and villas, a lakefront clubhouse, a dock and fishing pier, and a calendar that stays full without anyone mowing a lawn.
The first Traditions homes went up in 2006, which puts the original builder-grade carpet and vinyl right at replacement age, and the newer villas are not far behind. Every home here sits on a concrete slab, so the real work of a new floor is testing and prepping that slab before a waterproof plank or tile goes down. We do that on every install. Add the wet, sandy traffic a lakefront community tracks in from the dock and the pool, and waterproof flooring at the entries is less a preference than a plan.
