What happens when you call
01
We walk the space
A free on-site walkthrough, before or after your business hours if that works better. We measure, check the subfloor and slab moisture, and listen to how the space gets used and cleaned.
02
You get a straight quote
A written quote with product options at more than one price point, matched to your traffic and cleaning routine. No pressure and no padding.
03
We install around your hours
Nights, weekends, or one section at a time. Your doors stay open. The crew is one we train and certify, and the labor warranty behind them is ours.
Side by side
Who installs your business's floor matters more than the floor.

Business questions
- Can we stay open during the install?
- In most cases, yes. We do after-hours, weekend, and phased installs so the work moves section by section while you keep operating. We plan the phasing with you during the walkthrough.
- Is the walkthrough and quote really free?
- Yes. We walk the space, measure it, and put a written quote in your hands at no charge and no obligation.
- Who actually installs the floor?
- Installers we train and certify, backed by our own labor warranty. If anything needs attention after the install, you call the same family-owned office that quoted the job.
- Do you do cabinets or countertops for businesses?
- No. Our commercial work is flooring only. For your home, we do flooring, cabinets, and countertops under one roof.
- How fast can you get product?
- Select commercial lines are part of our quick-ship program, and we quote realistic lead times for everything else during the walkthrough. We will not promise a date we cannot hit.
- I'm a general contractor. Is this the right page?
- You want our contractors page. It covers plan-and-spec takeoffs, bids, public work, and multi-site scheduling for GCs and builders.
