The community we serve
Four Lakes Golf Club is a 55+ active-adult community built around an 18-hole championship course, a pro shop and practice facilities, and a pool overlooking Lake Haines. The homes are CRF-built manufactured construction — double-wide and triple-wide floor plans, well-maintained and quietly held together by a community that takes care of each other.
Manufactured homes have their own install playbook — different subfloor systems, different transition pieces, different cabinet hanging strategies than stick-built homes. We've been in enough Four Lakes floor plans to know which materials and methods hold up. Most of our Four Lakes work comes from neighbor recommendations, and we try hard to earn the next one.
