Questions
The things people actually ask.
- Will someone pressure me to buy?
- No. We measure, we price it, and we hand you the number. Buy it this week, buy it next month, or do not buy it at all. The measure is free either way and the price is good whether you decide on the spot or think it over.
- What happens at the free measure?
- One of us comes to your house, measures every room, and looks at the subfloor, because what is under the floor decides what can go on top of it. You get a written price for the whole job: material, labor, removal of the old floor. Nothing is ordered until you say so.
- How long does the whole job take?
- It depends on the product. Stock styles can start within a week or two. Special orders add about a week on the front end. Once we start, carpet is usually one to two days and hardwood two to four days, depending on how much there is. We give you real dates before you commit.
- What does “up to $500” mean for my house?
- The amount depends on which products you pick and how much you need. A small hallway earns a small discount. A whole first floor can reach the full $500. We show you the number for your rooms before you decide anything.
- Is there financing?
- Yes. Special financing is available through the Shaw Floors Preferred credit card, issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., subject to credit approval. The plans on offer change through the year, so we do not quote one here. Ask in the showroom and we hand you the terms in writing before anyone signs.
- Can I use the coupon and the financing together?
- Yes. The discount comes off the price, and special financing can cover what is left, subject to credit approval. Financing is optional either way.
- Which flooring qualifies?
- Select products from Anderson Tuftex, COREtec, and Shaw Floors, across hardwood, carpet, laminate, and luxury vinyl. Anderson Tuftex makes both hardwood and carpet, so ask about either one. We walk you through the qualifying styles in the showroom.
- When does the event end?
- Fall into Flooring runs on qualifying purchases from September 11 through October 26, 2026.
