The community we serve
Swiss Golf & Tennis Club sits behind a gate in Winter Haven, a 55-and-older community on Lake Henry. About 600 manufactured double-wide homes sit inside, built around a private 18-hole executive golf course. There is a restaurant and a pub, a pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard, with the lake behind them. It is a full life behind that gate, and a big one.
A manufactured home does not carry its floor the way a block house does. It carries it on wood decking over a crawlspace instead of a slab, and a double-wide has a marriage line running down the center. Florida humidity works on that wood from below. Cabinets hang differently too, because manufactured-home walls are not framed like a stick-built house. We check all of that before we recommend a single plank or a single cabinet box. The wrong material on the wrong structure fails fast, gate or no gate.
We haven't done a job inside Swiss Golf & Tennis Club yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. About 600 homes sit behind that gate, and every one of them has other flooring companies to call. Floors built for wood decking, not slab
A manufactured home carries its floor on wood decking over a crawlspace, and a double-wide has a marriage line down the center. We check the subfloor, repair soft spots, and pick floors and transitions made for that structure: waterproof LVP, low-pile carpet in the bedrooms, and clean plank runs across the marriage line instead of around it.
Cabinets hung right for manufactured-home walls
Manufactured-home walls are not framed like a block house, so cabinets cannot hang the same way. We set kitchen cabinets and bath vanities to match what is actually behind the wall, with soft-close drawers and pull-outs that make the most of the space you have.
Countertops that suit the frame
We template on site and match the material to what the cabinets and framing can carry. Laminate that reads like stone, or quartz where the structure supports it. Either way, the counter fits your home the first time.
