The community we serve
Hidden Golf Club is a gated, 55+ community in unincorporated Polk County, with a Winter Haven mailing address. A private 18-hole executive course, a par-60 layout, winds through the property. CRF Communities operates it. The homes are single-wide manufactured construction, and residents own the home while they lease the lot it sits on.
That leased lot changes how a job gets planned. We call the community office first, sort out gate access and where a delivery truck can set down, and put the schedule together before we ever measure a room. It is how we work anywhere. It matters more here.
A single-wide is one continuous unit. It is not two halves joined at a marriage line the way a double-wide is. It sits on wood-frame decking instead of a poured slab, and Florida humidity works on that decking from below. So we check the subfloor before we talk about what goes on top of it. No new floor covers a soft spot for long. Cabinets hang differently on manufactured-home walls, too, and the layout and the fasteners have to respect that.
