The community we serve
Eden Hills is a new master-planned community going up south of Cass Road and west of CR 557 in Lake Alfred, about ten minutes from our Havendale Boulevard showroom. The City of Lake Alfred created the Eden Hills Community Development District by ordinance in 2019. Since then the property has been filling in with new, site-built single-family homes from Holiday Builders and other builders. At full build-out the plan calls for close to a thousand homes across roughly 371 acres, and two more phases of homes were scheduled for the second half of 2026.
The amenities here include a resort-style pool, a playground, a dog park, walking trails, and open green space, all funded through the Eden Hills Community Development District. One thing worth knowing before any work starts: Eden Hills isn't governed by a single homeowners association. There are two of them right now, with two more expected as the next two phases finish, all sitting under that same district. If you're not sure which one covers your street, we're glad to help you find out.
We haven't done a job in Eden Hills yet. We'd like to. Every home here is new and site-built, which means the floors, cabinets, and countertops came with the house, usually picked from a short list at a builder's design center. Give it time, plus kids and dogs and ordinary life, and plenty of owners want something tougher, or something with more character, than what came standard. When that day comes, we'd be grateful for the call. You have other options in Polk County. We know it, and we thank you for looking at a family shop first.

Eden Hills has a playground and a dog park. Plan for both. We fit floors that take it: scratch-resistant LVP, stain-resistant carpet, and tile that shrugs off wet paws by the back door.
Custom cabinets and countertops
Whether you're upgrading a kitchen you've already outgrown or adding storage the builder left out, we build cabinets to fit your actual room. Then we template Cambria, granite, or quartz countertops to your walls, not to a drawing.
