The community we serve
Cypress Greens sits inside Lake Alfred, on Cypress Creek Boulevard. It's a gated, 55+ manufactured-home community with its own nine-hole golf course, a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse, a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a putting green. About 260 homes sit inside the gate.
A manufactured home doesn't sit on a poured slab the way most Polk County houses do. It sits on a wood floor deck with open air underneath. That changes the plan. We check and level the subfloor before anything new goes down. If your home came in two sections, the seam down the middle gets a real transition plan instead of a patch. Material leans toward a floating waterproof plank the frame carries easily, instead of the heaviest stone. Cabinets and countertops sit differently too, so boxes get anchored the way manufactured-home framing calls for, and countertop weight gets matched to what the base can hold.
Cypress Greens is gated, so we plan the way in before install day. We coordinate the visit with you and with the community office ahead of time, the same as we would for any gated community in Polk County. Nobody from Blackburn's shows up at that gate unannounced.
Here is how we work. We measure for free. The floor goes in with installers we train and certify. Every job carries an industry-best residential labor warranty. Laminate that reads like stone without adding weight the base wasn't built for, quartz where the cabinets and framing support it, and templating done on site so the fit is right the first time.

Materials chosen for easy care between rounds on the nine-hole course, a lap in the heated pool, and a match on the tennis courts. Your floor should not compete with your calendar.
