Lake Ariana Civic Center

At the Lake Ariana Civic Center project, Blackburn's Interiors was selected by SpringerVoss Construction to provide carpet tile, porcelain tile, and luxury vinyl plank.

The project honors Auburndale's history while moving forward. It was built on the site of the old "Max Beach" area. The team installed a mix of flooring designed for a busy venue space hosting weddings, meetings, and community events.

In the restrooms, 3,600 square feet of wall and floor tile were set for high-traffic durability. At the entryways and hallways, 3,000 square feet of patterned luxury vinyl plank were laid to create a striking first impression. For the main gathering areas, over 10,000 square feet of carpet tile were installed with Tarkett millwork base, combining professional and welcoming character.

The project captures the spirit of a community space where families gather, friends celebrate, and Auburndale comes together.
