Munn Park Building — Truist Bank Lobby

Blackburn's Interiors was contracted to install luxury vinyl plank, tile, and carpet tile at the Munn Park Building in Lakeland — home to Truist Bank on the first floor and other businesses on the second.

The scope included replacing tile in the common restrooms and installing carpet tile in the hallways. The team worked nights and weekends throughout the project to minimize disruption to the building's tenants and the bank's customers.

Approximately 1,400 square feet of carpet tile and luxury vinyl plank were installed across both floors, with restrooms updated with new 12″x24″ tile. All flooring and base work was completed over approximately two weeks.
