Happy Floors started in 1987 as a small tile retailer in Boca Raton, Florida. Two years later the founders changed the model entirely: they closed the store and opened a distribution center in Miami, becoming an importer and wholesale distributor of premium porcelain and ceramic tile. That bet paid off, and the company is now headquartered in Miami Gardens, Florida.
The line focuses on European-crafted porcelain and ceramic tile sourced mostly from Italy and Spain, the two countries that set the global standard for tile design and quality. Collections cover stone-look, marble-look, wood-look, and large-format porcelain across dozens of textures and styles, with more than a hundred installation pattern options for custom residential and larger commercial work.
Because Happy Floors imports and distributes rather than running a single factory, it curates collections from Europe's best producers and can source the strongest designs each season. The company services the contiguous United States and has built a national dealer network over more than 35 years.
