The community we serve
Sweetwater Golf & Tennis Club is a gated 55+ community on Lake Henry. An 18-hole course designed by Bill Barrett (1988), a heated pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, and a dock with boat slips for the residents who like a morning on the lake. The private pub and community room anchor a calendar full of get-togethers.
Lakefront homes carry their own considerations: humidity near the lake-facing rooms, transitions to the screened lanai, materials that hold up to wet feet coming in from the dock. We pick flooring and cabinetry that fit how Sweetwater actually lives, and we coordinate the install window around your gathering schedule. Most of our Sweetwater work comes from neighbor recommendations, and we try hard to earn the next one.
