Grenelefe grew up around a golf and tennis resort east of Haines City. The resort era ended, the condos and villas and tree-lined streets stayed, and new construction is finally on the way. A lot of floors here date back further than they should. We replace them, for owners and landlords alike.

The community we serve
Beside Lake Marion and wrapped in marsh and woods, Grenelefe is part resort history, part quiet neighborhood, and part construction calendar: condo sections from the 1970s and 80s, the single-family streets of Grenelefe Estates, and a wave of new homes approved to join them.
Most of the condos and villas here were built in the resort years, so we see a lot of original and second-generation flooring at the end of its life. Whether you are settling in, prepping a sale, or turning a rental unit, the work starts the same way: condo projects are deed-restricted, so we help you check your association documents for flooring and underlayment requirements before anything is ordered. Then we lean on waterproof, humidity-stable products, because lakeside air does not negotiate.
