The community we serve
Lake Henry Estates is 280 block-built homes behind a gate just west of Haines City: resident-owned, golf-cart-friendly, with its own nine-hole executive course, a clubhouse pub, and a dock on Lake Henry.
Every home here is concrete block on a slab, mostly two and three bedrooms with a two-car garage, and the floor plan funnels traffic along the same runs: garage door to kitchen, kitchen to lanai. Thirty years of that wears a path in any floor. We test the slab, level what needs leveling, and install surfaces that shrug off cart-path sand and lake-day drips. Low-glare finishes, slip-conscious textures, and flush transitions matter more with every year you plan to stay put, so we plan for them on the first visit.
