Installed commercial-grade LVP and 4-inch cove base throughout the Myers-Wiley Concession facility for SEMCO Construction.
The story
SEMCO Construction brought us in for the Myers-Wiley Concession project in Haines City. The scope called for commercial-grade luxury vinyl plank across 550 square feet, with 360 linear feet of 4-inch cove base and flat metal transitions throughout.
After the initial install, we returned to finish additional areas where the original material run came up short. The follow-up was quick and matched the existing floor exactly. From start to final walk-through, the install came out clean.
