Privacy Policy

Last reviewed July 26, 2026

At Blackburn's Interiors, we treat your information the way we would want ours treated. This policy explains what we collect on blackburnsinteriors.com, why we collect it, and which outside companies see any of it.

  1. § 01

    Information we collect

    • What you send us: When you fill out a form on this site, we get what you typed. That is usually your name, phone number, ZIP code, and what you want done. Some forms also ask for your email address, your street address, and details about your rooms, your timeline, and your budget.
    • Your customer file: Once we start working together, we keep the records a flooring and cabinet company keeps. Quotes, orders, invoices, measurements, appointment dates, job notes, photos of the work, and the texts and emails between us.
    • Visit information: Our hosting provider logs your IP address, your browser type, and the page you asked for on every request. That is how the site stays up and how we keep spam bots off our forms. Our design worksheet also sends back a random session number and how far you got, so we can see where people stop. That number is not tied to your name.
  2. § 02

    How we use your information

    • To get back to you: We call, text, or email you about the request you sent, and we confirm your appointment.
    • To do the work: We use your address and project details to measure, order material, schedule the install, and handle any warranty work later.
    • To keep in touch: We may tell you about products, services, and sales. You can tell us to stop at any time.
    • To see what is working: We look at which pages and forms people use, and which ads bring in real requests, so we spend our advertising money well.
  3. § 03

    Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it or trade it. We do share it with the companies that help us run the business, and each one only gets what it needs to do its job. This is the whole list.

    • Website and database hosting (Vercel and Supabase). They run the site and store the records described above. Their server logs include IP addresses.
    • Email delivery (Resend). When you submit a form, your name, phone number, email address, and message are emailed to our office. If you asked us to reach you by email, we send you a short confirmation the same way. If that email ever fails, the same details go to a backup destination we control so your request is not lost.
    • Text messaging (SimpleTexting). When we text you about a quote, an appointment, or an install, your phone number and the message go through their system. Your STOP replies come back the same way.
    • Google. Our schedule lives in Google Calendar, so a booked visit carries your name, your address, and what the visit is for. It does not carry your phone number. When someone on the job pulls up driving directions, the address goes to Google Maps. Most pages on this site also show a small Google map of our showroom down in the footer, and your browser loads that map straight from Google.
    • Cloudflare. A Turnstile check runs on our forms to keep bots out. It looks at your browser, not at what you typed.
    • OpenStreetMap. When our staff type an address into our office system, that partial address goes to their free lookup service and the full one comes back. It is sent from our server, not from your browser.
    • Roomvo. The room visualizer on our flooring pages is theirs, not ours. Anything you do inside it, including a photo of your room, is handled by Roomvo under their own privacy policy.

We also share what we have to when the law requires it, and we share job details with the installers we train and certify so they can do the work at your home.

  4. § 04

    Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Google and Facebook. When our ad tags are turned on, we send those two services information about visits and form submissions so we can tell which ads actually bring people in. Here is exactly what that includes.

    • Visit data: the page you are on, your IP address, your browser type, and which ad or link brought you here.
    • Google, after you send us a form: once you land on our thank-you page, your email address and phone number are scrambled inside your own browser and only the scrambled version goes to Google. This happens for our request forms, not just for coupons.
    • Facebook, when you claim a sale coupon: our server sends Meta a scrambled version of your email address, phone number, first name, and ZIP code, along with your IP address, your browser type, and the values in Meta's own cookies on your browser.
    • Scrambling runs one way. It turns the real value into a fixed string of characters that cannot be turned back. Google and Meta use it to match your visit to an ad click, not to read your address or number.
    • Never your customer file: we do not send advertisers your quote, your invoice, your job notes, or your texts with us. Ever.
  5. § 05

    Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use a few of our own to keep things working, such as remembering that you just sent a form so the thank-you page can confirm it. Our staff use one to stay signed in to our office system. When our advertising tools are running, Google and Meta set their own cookies to recognize a returning visitor. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works.

  6. § 06

    Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your quote, your appointment, or your install. Reply STOP to any text from us and we stop texting that number. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

  7. § 07

    Your choices

    • Texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
    • Email: reply to any email from us and ask to come off the list.
    • Ads: Google and Facebook both have ad settings in your account where you can turn off personalized ads.
    • Cookies: your browser settings control them.
    • Anything else: call us or email us and ask. A real person here will help you.
  8. § 08

    Security measures

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our office system is password protected, staff only, and every record is stored on private, access-controlled servers. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we do not claim it is.

  9. § 09

    Children

This site is meant for adults shopping for their home or their business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

  10. § 10

    Links to other websites

Our website links out to other sites, including our financing partner and the manufacturers whose products we carry. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

  11. § 11

    Consent

By using our website, you consent to this privacy policy.

  12. § 12

    Updates to this Privacy Policy

We update this policy when what we do changes. Any change gets posted on this page, and the review date at the top tells you when we last went through it.

If you have a question about your information, or you want to know what we have on file, call us or email us and we will walk you through it.
