Financing FAQ: Flooring, Cabinets & Countertops
Straight answers about financing.
How our special financing works, what you can put on it, and how to apply, for flooring, cabinet, and countertop projects across Polk County. Subject to credit approval.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer special financing through the Shaw Floors Preferred credit card, issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., subject to credit approval. It's a dedicated credit line for your project. Full details and the application link are on our financing page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, and major credit cards, plus special financing with approved credit. You can mix them. Many customers put part of a project on a financing plan and pay the rest another way. Ask us for details.
How do I apply?
You apply through the Wells Fargo retail services portal. It takes a few minutes. Financing is subject to credit approval. Once you're approved, you'll know your limit and we can start picking materials.
Can I finance flooring, cabinets, and countertops together?
Yes, with approved credit. One project, one application. The credit line covers flooring, cabinetry, and countertops, so a whole-home remodel can go on a single plan. Ask us for details on your project.
Does financing change the price or the free estimate?
No. Your in-home estimate is always free. Financing is a payment option, not a markup, and it is subject to credit approval. The project price is the same either way, and we give you the plan terms in writing before anyone signs.
How do your financing promotions work?
Promotions change through the year, and each plan works differently. We give you the exact terms in writing before you sign anything. Every plan is subject to credit approval. Ask what's running when you order, and check the financing page.
Can I use the credit line again later?
Yes. It's a revolving line, so you can use it again for a future flooring or remodel project without reapplying.
