The community we serve
Astonia is a big, young community on the Davenport side of Polk County. The first plat recorded in 2021, and the county now carries six recorded plats under the Astonia name: Astonia, Astonia North, Astonia North 2, Astonia Phase 2 & 3, Chateau at Astonia, and Pine Pointe at Astonia. Together they are planned for 1,413 homes and townhomes on more than 326 acres, and about 1,261 of those homes are standing today. Highland Homes and Ryan Homes are among the builders here, off Ernie Caldwell Boulevard, around the bend from Posner Park.
The plans here run three to six bedrooms, and some add an in-law suite for a multi-generational household. That's family housing, not an age-restricted community. The pool, cabana, playground, open play field, and dog park opened for residents in the summer of 2023. An Astonia Community Development District and a separate homeowners association both have a hand in running the place, so it's worth a call to them before a project changes anything outside your walls.
We haven't installed a floor or hung a cabinet in Astonia yet, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We'd be proud to be the first call. Maybe that's builder carpet coming out for waterproof plank. Maybe it's a kitchen finished the way you pictured it when you signed, or a closet that finally holds what you own. We measure for free, the work is done by installers we train and certify, and it carries an industry-best residential labor warranty. You have plenty of choices for who does this work in Davenport. What we offer
Flooring for three to six bedrooms
Astonia plans run three to six bedrooms, and some add an in-law suite. We install waterproof LVP, tile, hardwood, and carpet, and we help you match the floor to the room it goes in. Kids, dogs, and a wet towel dropped in the hallway.
Flooring for the townhomes
Chateau at Astonia and Pine Pointe at Astonia brought townhomes to the community. The district's own paperwork calls that last one Pine Tree Trail, so don't worry if you have seen both names. Townhomes share walls, so sound matters. We plan the underlayment and the install around it.
Pantry, closet, and laundry cabinetry
Storage is where a new house runs out of room first. We build pantries, closets, and laundry rooms with real cabinetry, sized to your walls and finished to match the kitchen you already have.
Quartz, granite, and laminate countertops
We template your kitchen or bath off the real room, not a drawing. Pick Cambria or granite you can put your hands on in our Winter Haven showroom, or laminate that keeps the rest of the project in reach.
